After scheduling, you'll receive a short pre-call questionnaire.  It's quick to complete and helps us understand your business goals and current systems.     

 

After our call, you'll receive a Customized Service Plan that outlines your ongoing relationship with us - including strategic accounting, tax filings, and CFO-level advisory.  We'll also determine whether additional projects (such as OnBoard, specialty consulting, or tax project) are needed.   

We begin your Initial Setup and any Projects.

 

Once you approve the Customized Service Proposal, we'll begin the initial work outlined for your business.  This may include an OnBoard Project, accounting system migration, systems and workflow optimization, specialty consulting, or tax projects.

 

We'll schedule a Kickoff Zoom to walk through the process, share SBG Methods, and a checklist for providing access to software and documents.
