Schedule a complimentary intro call through Zoom:

After scheduling, you'll receive a short pre-call questionnaire.  It's quick to complete and helps us understand your business goals and current systems.     

 

After our call, you'll receive a Customized Service Package Proposal tailored to your business.  The Proposal will include (1) an Onboard Project (if needed,) and (2) a Monthly (or Quarterly) Service for your accounting and advisory support.   

Once the Service Package Agreement is signed, we begin the Onboard Project to set up, clean up, and optimize your systems.  This is often required if you have previous transactions to organize or previous tax returns to file.  

 

We'll schedule a kickoff Zoom to go over the process and share a checklist for providing access to your software and documents.  You will receive periodic updates or follow up questions as we complete the Onboarding.

After Onboarding and Optimizing is complete, we then transition to Monthly (or Quarterly) Services based on your Service Package.  This is where your business benefits from year-round, strategic support.  

 

Each month (or quarter,) we schedule flexible workblocks so you have time to share documents, stay ahead of deadlines, and get your questions answered in real time. 

 

This rhythm keeps your business grounded, informed, and positioned to turn opportunities into strategic, sustainable profit.
